i had account in ptc1 but latley can't login
i did send a support ticket to ptc1 but it"s been one month i didn't receive any reply
should i creat a new account

Before upgradation of website, I have 433 rent referrals and 2 direct referrals. After upgradation, only 218 rent referrals shown in my account and my direct referrals are gone. Kindly do the further action. My username is rkumar717.
